Step 3: We will respond to your Google Form within 48 hours of your submission.

Step 4: We will send you video walkthroughs and photos of 3 accommodation options available according to your budget, preferences and arrival date. 

Step 5: You choose which accommodation feels best for you, we reserve it with the landlord and negotiate the rent for you, you will sign the lease electronically even before you arrive. If you would like to sign the lease in person and make your decision after arriving in Chiang Mai, that's possible as well. We are here to make finding your new home in Chiang Mai as easy as possible.
