DTV: Destination Thailand Visa: A 5-year, multiple-entry visa

  • DTV holders can bring dependents with them on this visa, including children under 20 and spouses.

  • The Government Visa Fee for the Thailand DTV is 10,000 THB.

  • Our Service Fee is 8,000 THB.

  • You are given a stamp of 180 Days at one time.

  • Extensions cost 1,900 baht to stay in the country for 1 year straight, or you can simply leave the country and come back for another 180 Day Stamp.

There are a few different categories of the DTV you can choose from depending on your work and reason for coming to Thailand.

Workcation:

  • Digital Nomad

  • Remote Worker

  • Business Owner

  • Foreign Talent

  • Freelancer

Thai Soft Power related activities:

  • Muay Thai

  • Thai Culinary Training

  • Medical Treatment

Spouse and children under 20 years old of DTV visa holders:

  • Proof of relationship to the DTV visa holder, e.g. a copy of marriage certificate / birth certificate / certificate of adoption

Qualifications:

  • Must be outside of Thailand to apply

  • Financial evidence: amount of no less than 500,000 THB, e.g. bank statements

  • Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status.

  • + Many more documents depending on your application status.
